Close to Matégot, Danielle Moser began, following his example, a collaboration with the Manufacture of Tapestries in Portalegre from 1969. Her cartoons—whose titles often refer to her travels—are close to those of Matégot in the early 1970s, with stripped-down chromatic harmonies (browns, oranges, khakis…) but she, for her part, would never go as far as geometry.
