Elie Grekoff, close to the aesthetic of Lurçat, created more than 300 Cartoons: our own bears witness to the artist’s evolution from the 1960s onward, with the disappearance of the human or animal figure. The theme of the star (sun, moon) hidden behind foliage then became recurring.
