Although Debiève designed numerous patterns in a style typical of the 1940s (‘the net mender’, ‘the potter’, etc.), these were mainly printed on fabric. On a smaller scale, his designs were woven in Aubusson, and his patterns are reminiscent of his paintings inspired by Provence.
